Energy Elephant is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Online Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media channels
- Provide support and guidance to customers navigating our online platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to online accounts and billing
- Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve our online offerings
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Resilient and adaptable mindset to handle challenging customer interactions
- Emotional intelligence and people management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
