Job Description:

Property Button is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team in Waterford, Munster. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, passionate, creative, and possess strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Resourceful, passionate, creative, and strong decision-making skills
