RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Coordinate and support the leadership of strategic/ top priority projects involving multi-national teams and potential external experts
  • Assist with the preparation and assessment of a business case(s) and the evaluation of the strategic alignment of all projects
  • Assist with the development and management of detailed project/task plans, timelines, resource requirements and training as necessary
  • Effectively control project scope to ensure successful project delivery in accordance with specified deadlines
  • Prepare and present project results, including milestones, issues and problem resolutionConduct and coordinate necessary analyses to ensure project success
  • Support the teams in implementing project solutions
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to mediate conflicts and solve project related issues
  • Work with project team members to identify issues and actions that require escalation to the Claims Management.
  • Coordinate, attend and record conference calls and project meetings

REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this position you will need to have the following skills/ experience:

  • Technical Experience of working in one of AzC Operations Department for 2 + Years
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
  • Customer Focused
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong organisation and planning skills.
  • Comfortable challenging the ideas of others
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Honesty and Integrity
  • Ability to motivate others
