Are you the next Payroll Tax Operations Manager?

Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

Grade: Manager

Contract type: Perm

A look at your potential team:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a busy payroll environment
  • Global Mobility exposure is a plus
  • Member of the Irish Taxation Institute or equivalent, or qualified accountant, IPASS, or similar
  • Strong technical skills in employment and expatriate taxes
  • Thorough understanding of PAYE system, PRSI, USC, BIK, ROS, EFT, and CSO
  • Experience with various payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Delegation and management skills
  • Previous experience in global/regional payroll tax compliance
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Oversee delivery and review of payroll for domestic and international clients
  • Advise on employer compliance obligations
  • Ensure timely filing of payroll taxes
  • Manage payroll team workflow
  • Advise on tax obligations

You'll join a skilled team of payroll experts within our tax practice, ensuring top-quality service and tax compliance. Currently, the team consists of three specialists providing high-quality services to clients.
