Your Role at Baxter

This is where you join our team as a Senior Manager of Corporate Real Estate Transactions EMEA. This role is located in Dublin or London (hybrid).

As a Senior Manager of Corporate Real Estate Transactions EMEA, reporting directly to Senior Director you will play a key role, ensuring flawless execution of real estate transactions across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the company's real estate needs and develop and implement strategies to successfully compete in the market. Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and carry out real estate transactions, such as acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement real estate strategies and initiatives
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence to determine the feasibility and profitability of potential transactions
  • Sourcing strategies and ongoing service evaluation; improvement of the operational platform, organizational design, and delivery model.
  • Oversee lease negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including brokers, legal counsel, and vendors
  • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of market trends and industry standards
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on real estate investment opportunities

Requirements:

  • A strong educational background in Real Estate (BSc, MSc or similar)
  • Real Estate Valuation and/or Investment surveying by background - our client is also open to Real Estate conveyancing by background if numerically astute or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in deal execution with a track-record of managing multiple transactions at once, and overall portfolio project management in the EMEA region.
  • Strong ability to analyze financial data and exhibit strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
