Join us as a Packaging Operations Supervisor and take on the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage packaging lines efficiently within a cGMP environment, utilizing lean manufacturing principles to ensure optimal performance.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication between multiple departments to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Promote a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, empowering the packaging team to strive for excellence.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to members of the packaging technician team to drive employee development and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, oversee equipment cleanliness, and participate in regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Investigate quality incidents, conduct training, and generate comprehensive reports for corrective actions.

We are looking for individuals who bring the following to the role:

  • Minimum of five years' experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in a cGMP setting.
  • Willingness to work off-shifts and weekends when needed.
  • Demonstrated management skills, interpersonal abilities, technical aptitude, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong team management skills, including coaching, training, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage risks, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with SAP inventory and serialization systems.
