Position Overview:

The Technical Consultant in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform will provide expertise and support for the creation and maintaining of eLearning content. This role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure the delivery of accurate, engaging, and up-to-date learning materials. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of all Microsoft 365 products, strong research skills, and experience in content creation, presentation, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality eLearning content for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, content developers, and other stakeholders to create engaging learning materials.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of eLearning content.
  • Write articles, create video tutorials, and develop other digital resources in your area of expertise.
  • Present webinars and conduct live training sessions to educate learners on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform applications.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and training to learners, offering personalized guidance and support.
  • Review and respond to ticketed learner queries for Microsoft and Power Platform content
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform to ensure content remains current.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the eLearning content development process.

  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences

Research and Collaboration:

  • Exceptional research skills to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of content.
  • Proven experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Training and Coaching:

  • Experience in providing one-on-one coaching and personalized training.
  • Ability to assess learner needs and tailor training approaches accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, Finance) or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in content development, presentation, and training.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Microsoft 365 or related technologies.
  • Experience in the eLearning industry.
  • Knowledge of data science and finance concepts.
