Dein Impact bei uns:

In unserer vollständig digitalisierten Buchhaltung bildest du als unser Senior Financial Accountant den Schlüssel zwischen der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung und dem Controlling. Als wichtiger Bestandteil unseres 5-köpfigen Finanzteams treibst du die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Buchhaltung voran, damit das gesamte Finanzteam langfristig profitiert. Du bist direkt in bester Gesellschaft, arbeitest eng mit unserem Junior Accountant zusammen und berichtest direkt an den Head of Finance. Diese Rolle ist in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit und Hybrid in Berlin oder 100% Remote möglich.

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Buchung und Verwaltung von Haupt- und Nebenbüchern.
  • Du überprüfst und kontrollierst kontierte Eingangsrechnungen, Reisekostenabrechnungen sowie Ausgangsrechnungen und verarbeitest automatisierte Kreditkartenabrechnungen und Banktransaktionen.
  • Du nimmst die Lohnbuchungen unseres externen Steuerberaters in unsere Buchhaltung auf.
  • Auch Anlagenbuchhaltung, Rückstellungen, Aktivierungen von monatsgenauen Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sowie Skonti und Boni gehören zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • Du bereitest Zahlungsläufe vor, überwachst Forderungen sowie Verbindlichkeiten und erstellst Liquiditätsplanungen.
  • Du unterstützt das Finanzteam bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem beauftragten Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer.
  • Zu guter Letzt bist du verantwortlich für den monatlichen Abschluss in DATEV, die Erstellung von Buchhaltungsauswertungen (BWA, SuSa, KST-Auswertungen) und die rechtzeitige Versendung diverser Meldungen (Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung, Zusammenfassende Meldung, Z4-Meldung).
