AWS is seeking a skilled Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) professional to devise and execute strategy throughout the organization, ensuring adherence to mandatory global ESG reporting standards.


You will collaborate closely with various teams within AWS and Amazon to develop ESG solutions and guarantee compliance with obligatory ESG regulations like CSRD, SEC, ISSB, TCFD, etc.


This position is available in Dublin, Ireland, London, UK, or Crystal City, Arlington, Virginia, USA.



Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prepare the business for global mandatory ESG disclosure compliance.
- Monitor and report on the progress of implementation plans.
- Provide guidance to other AWS teams.
- Engage and inform a wide range of internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and excel in an uncertain, fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of ESG professional experience.
- 7+ years of data analysis and communication regarding ESG to senior management.
- 7+ years of ESG project delivery experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree / PhD in a relevant field.
- Data center knowledge/experience
