FMI is a fast-growing company on the lookout for motivated Door-to-Door Sales Team Leaders to lead our field sales representatives.

If you're experienced in door-to-door sales and leadership, we want you to be a key part of our growing team.

Car will be provided. Clean drivers license is mandatory

Position Overview:

As the Door-to-Door Sales Team Leader at FMI, your main role is to lead and inspire a team of sales reps, drive sales, and make sure our door-to-door strategy is a success.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the door-to-door sales team to reach and surpass sales targets.
Provide ongoing coaching and training to improve the team's selling and customer engagement skills.

Field Operations:
Plan and organize daily field operations to cover territories effectively and boost the team's productivity.
Regularly check in with the team in the field, offering support and feedback.

Sales Strategy Implementation:


Work with the sales management team to put effective door-to-door sales strategies in place that match our overall business goals.

Keep an eye on market trends and adjust strategies based on competitor activities.

Performance Monitoring:
Keep track of individual and team performance using key indicators and sales metrics.
Recognize high achievers and put improvement plans in place when needed.

Recruitment and Onboarding:
Take part in recruiting and onboarding new door-to-door sales team members.
Make sure new team members get comprehensive training on products, sales techniques, and company policies.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and handle any escalated issues or concerns.
Encourage a customer-focused approach within the team.

Reporting and Analysis:
Create regular reports on team performance, sales trends, and other important data.
Provide insights to the management team to help with strategic decision-making.

Your profile

Qualifications:
Proven experience in door-to-door sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience in leading and developing a sales team.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer engagement, and field operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a strategic mindset to drive business objectives.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Leaving cert or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus.
