Job Description:

Property Button, a leading property management company in Limerick, Munster, IE, is seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to join their team. This full-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 7 years of relevant experience at a mid-to-senior level. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
2. Manage and monitor all operational activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
3. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate operations and achieve overall business goals.
4. Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
5. Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
6. Monitor and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
7. Foster a positive and productive working environment that promotes creativity and teamwork.
8. Oversee project management and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
9. Handle any issues or conflicts that arise in the operations department in a professional and efficient manner.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Creativity and problem-solving skills.
7. Experience in project management.
8. Proficiency in technology and software applications.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
