About the Role:

Are you an experienced and dedicated professional looking for a new challenge? Join our dynamic team as an Area Service Manager In this role, you'll oversee service delivery and support on-site staff, primarily in Dublin. Your contributions will be pivotal in maintaining high standards, fostering client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain standards, and develop and manage client relationships.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure a reliable, responsive, and efficient operating system on-site.
  • Health and Safety: Oversee the health and safety of on-site staff.
  • Staff Performance: Monitor and support staff performance.
  • Onboarding: Ensure staff are fully trained and inducted to the correct standard.
  • Escalation: Serve as the first point of contact for any issues.

Main Duties:

  • Visit client sites according to a client management plan.
  • Monitoring (Quality) standards to ensure the operating model is following cleaning standards and expectations (specification) - Quality Auditing (CT)
  • Following up on any client concerns
  • Completing ISO and HSEQ documentation & forwarding
  • Monitoring the storage & security of cleaning equipment and materials
  • Monitoring staff performance and standards - identifying Training & development requirements, eLearning - escalating as required.
  • Conduct face-to-face mandatory checks and induction of staff to include employee sign-up.
  • Conduct on-site induction and training of new staff - machinery, colour coding, COSHH

Person Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Soft Services / Technical skills - Experience
  • Leadership skills
  • Confident communication skills
  • Solutions focused.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Highly organised individual
