Key Responsibilities

  • Take a leadership role in the implementation team to ensure timely delivery of our product according to customer specifications, making key architectural decisions and upholding best practices
  • Offer consultancy services to customers utilizing our product
  • Oversee customer solutions and system architecture
  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive system-level designs and technical architecture documentation
  • Identify necessary product enhancements, highlighting their business value to product management
  • Analyze system performance in a production environment alongside our Operations team, recommending enhancements for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to establish a strategic customer roadmap
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our product suite
  • Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives

Technical Skills / Knowledge / Experience

Essential

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles
  • Demonstrated presentation skills at C-level
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Customer Architect, adept at working in diverse delivery team environments
  • Background in E-Commerce (retail) or high-transaction systems
  • Strong leadership and communication capabilities
  • Hands-on software development experience
  • Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to produce high-quality customer-facing documentation
  • Initiative, adaptability, and the drive for continuous improvement
  • Experience in delivering mission-critical cloud solutions and application design (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • 7+ years in application design and development
  • 4+ years of object-oriented/internet design experience
  • Proficiency in technologies like Java, J2EE, SOA, etc.
  • Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB
  • Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, React

  • Experience in travel technology and industry terminology
