Job Summary

As a Functional Business Analyst, you will collaborate with diverse teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to create and deliver digital solutions. Your role will involve closely working with clients and experts to identify and analyze specific business needs, conduct gap analyses, and develop strategies and solutions to meet these requirements effectively. Your tasks will include documenting current processes, translating requirements into user stories, and actively engaging in workshops. Prior experience with Business Banking projects is essential.

Experience Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in business process modeling, enterprise architecture, and related tools
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies is a must
  • Capability to envision growth and construct high-level models for future analysis while enhancing the existing business architecture
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to document and communicate the value derived from new capabilities and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Expertise in system integration, data modeling, and all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Strong program/project management abilities to establish clear objectives and achieve desired outcomes

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret business requirements for simplified analysis and decision-making purposes
  • Support product managers in implementing product strategies and roadmaps
  • Ensure continual alignment with business goals and foster collaboration across the organization
  • Lead design workshops for optimized solutions and facilitate communication between business and implementation teams
  • Analyze and present data trends to enable well-informed decision-making
  • Keep up-to-date with best practices and technological trends
  • Identify and define technology exploration initiatives
  • Convert business needs into functional requirements for implementation purposes
  • Define technology governance models and contribute to reshaping technology architectures
