The Role and Responsibilities

This position suits individuals with a blend of consulting and client management expertise, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset. It requires a combination of project management skills, a proactive attitude, and a profound understanding of the financial services sector along with a strong industry network.

Requirements

As an experienced Managing Consultant, you should have:

  • Verified consulting experience or experience in project management or business analysis within financial services.
  • Change management expertise covering strategy, design, analysis, project management, testing, and implementation.
  • Knowledge of financial services products and lifecycle events.
  • Experience in leading projects and managing team members to ensure successful project deliveries.
  • A good grasp of the capital markets ecosystem and its participants such as sell side, buy side, and market infrastructure.
  • A background in management consulting or change management within a financial services firm. This role demands a mix of financial services knowledge and soft skills encompassing influence, attentive listening, effective presentation, and team management.
  • Comfort with working independently and managing workload with minimal supervision.
  • Responsibility for contributing to business growth by assisting ongoing operations, RFPs, and mentoring junior consultants.

Current live projects include:

  • Target Operating Model (TOM) design & implementation.
  • Treasury Transformation.
  • Delivery of Capital Markets regulatory programs.
  • IT delivery and decommissioning.
