Fit-Out Site Manager

You will report daily to your Construction Manager and liaise with the project QS to ensure operations on site and project costing procurement are completed in a timely manner and in line with the expectations set out in the project master plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and overseeing fitout projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients for smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, keep stakeholders informed.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections for project success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a site manager, fitout projects.
  • Strong knowledge construction methods, materials, regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication problemsolving skills.
