Purpose:

Seeking a technical leader to influence and guide teams, sharing knowledge to elevate everyone's performance.

Responsibilities:

Maintain technical excellence:

  • Deliver high-quality, performant, and maintainable code
  • Help transition to a distributed, cloud-native architecture
  • Participate in PR/code reviews and design discussions
  • Mentor junior developers and monitor code performance and security
  • Drive innovation, identify risks, propose solutions, and provide strategic vision
  • Think long term and focus on building a robust product

  • Develop and present designs, learn from teammates, and make trade-off decisions
Requirements:
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of commercial software development experience
  • Experience in developing in Scrum and modern DevOps practices
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate stack, JVM configuration, AWS, and more
  • Hands-on experience with microservices, relational databases, and search technologies
  • Understanding of CSS and experience with NodeJS/Groovy on Grails
