The ES365 (Microsoft 365 Engineering Systems) team is all about creating tools and services for a seamless developer experience in Office and Substrate. We work with cutting-edge technologies like AI, machine learning, and more to build and ship apps across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers and partner teams to design and deliver customer-centric experiences.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive culture to foster innovation and productivity.
  • Focus on delivering value and impact for our customers.
  • Mentor and coach engineers to help them grow and succeed.
  • Lead the development lifecycle from design to servicing, ensuring quality and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong technical engineering experience at a Principal level.
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Experience in people management or mentorship roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in building highly available distributed systems at scale.
  • Leading large projects involving multiple engineers.
  • Working across different disciplines, teams, and locations.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
