As the Tech Project Manager, you will assist in overseeing the Inbound E2E Visibility portfolio and collaborate closely with the Programme Manager and Product team to define and prioritize product features and requirements. Your role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product is developed and delivered in line with customer needs and business objectives.

You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle across technical and business work streams, develop and execute an effective plan to ensure that projects achieve their goals within set quality, cost, and time parameters. You will work closely with key stakeholders both within the function and across the business.

What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll collaborate with various individuals possessing a range of skills. Here's an insight into your day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Plan, control, manage, and be accountable for the successful delivery of E2E Visibility projects to meet business needs within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters
  • Ensure all requirements and business change activities are integrated into project plans as outlined by the Business Analyst, Change Manager, and business team for E2E projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design within technology, as well as key business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of E2E projects aligned with customer needs and business goals
  • Oversee all project costs according to the approved budget, communicating, managing, and seeking approval for any risks or deviations through the Primark Project Governance framework
  • Maintain an accurate and transparent view of project status using the company's Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tool Planview
  • Work with internal Product and Business teams to ensure that processes, outputs, and deliverables are timely
  • Keep detailed timelines, project plans, and budgets for all project deliverables and milestones
What You'll Bring

  • Degree educated with over 5 years of Project Management experience
  • Experience with relevant supply chain E2E platforms and technologies
  • Familiarity with Cloud-based systems
  • Proven experience engaging with senior Stakeholders
  • Understanding of IT architecture, design, operational service, and support organizations
  • Knowledgeable in Tech and a commercial mindset, understanding how the project contributes to the overall business case
  • Extensive knowledge of Tech investment assessment processes, including cost/benefit analysis and estimating Tech costs/resources for defined and undefined initiatives
