Based in Munich, Germany, our European headquarters oversee affiliates in 13 European nations and Canada.

The role involves supporting and formulating the local market access strategy and ensuring timely execution of market access objectives for the designated products/indications. Reporting to the Head of Market Access and Government Affairs, the primary focus will be on Oncology pipeline products.

Roles & Responsibilities

Build and implement market access strategies for pipeline, launch, and existing products. Oversee the entire reimbursement process for new products/indications with key external stakeholders (NCPE, CPU, NCCP) involving rapid review, HTA, negotiation strategy, and implementation. Collaborate with the cross-functional team to create high-quality reimbursement dossiers. Formulate pricing strategies aligned with Global pricing guidelines, establish optimal list and net prices to secure planned reimbursement and market access. Stay informed on developments in HEOR/HTA methodology and Irish healthcare policy that could impact Daiichi Sankyo's products. Participate in local conferences to grasp the environment and current trends, engage with relevant stakeholders.

Education: University degree in (Health) Economics, Health Sciences, Pharma, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

Minimum of two years of professional experience in market access or health economics in the pharmaceutical industry or related organizations. Technical knowledge and training in HEOR methods, as well as a solid understanding of the Irish market access landscape. Hands-on experience in managing and facilitating reimbursement applications with the HSE and engaging with key stakeholders (NCPE, CPU, NCCP & MMP). Technical proficiency in cost-effectiveness modeling and budget impact modeling, including basic model adaptation. Experience in commercial negotiations would be beneficial.

Language: Fluent in English for both oral and written communications

Project management expertise Outstanding communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal and networking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Adaptable team player with a positive and proactive demeanor
