What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns for all European markets Conducting market research and analysing data to inform marketing decisions Managing budgets and measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media outlets Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure a cohesive brand experience Overseeing the creation and distribution of promotional materials, such as advertisements, emails, and social media posts Identifying and exploring new marketing opportunities, such as sponsorships or events. Tradeshows – across all Europe. Preparation and creative planning for new products/ collections launch Marketing material creation, ordering Analysis – Displays, Tradeshows, catalogues Assistance with Online Store – Questions, layout, T&Cs Who we're looking forProven experience in similar role Fluent in English and any European language is a plus but not essential Good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack Strategic thinking: the ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans and campaigns Communication skills: the ability to articulate marketing ideas and strategies to internal stakeholders and external partners Leadership: the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve marketing goals Analytical skills: the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret market data to inform marketing decisions Project management: the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, allocate resources, and meet deadlines Financial acumen: the ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and measure the return on investment for marketing efforts Some knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing but not essential Customer focus: the ability to understand customer needs and behaviours, and develop marketing strategies that meet those needs What we offerOur staff are our greatest asset, and our benefits reflect this:
