Job Purpose

Supporting & implementing the strategic marketing & brand plans to deliver sales growth year-on-year for all retail stores & online in Ireland and the UK.

Responsibilities / Key Objectives:

Supporting & implementing the strategic marketing plan, including product & service launches across both Select and DID.

Campaign management from brief to delivery, including Online activation, TV, Radio, Press, PR, in-store events, Digital Display, VOD,

Organic & Paid Social, email marketing, influencer marketing and in-store point of sale.

Supporting the digital marketing team to drive e-commerce traffic and sales.

Setting campaign objectives, measuring performance, reviewing effectiveness.

Budget management, forecasting, proof of execution management, reconciliations & analysis/ROI

Leading the Marketing & Print Production teams, mentoring three direct reports.

Managing external agencies including digital & media.

Building strategic relationships with key brand partner marketing teams, developing marketing plans, unlocking support budget, and managing

all activation & post-campaign reporting requirements.

Skills:

Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Dedication to brand standards, and quality across all channels.

Team player with the ability to multi-task and enjoy an environment that is dynamic and fast-paced.

Meticulous attention to detail, thoroughly checks and rechecks work for accuracy.

Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and manage them to completion.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel ,Word, PowerPoint)

Education:

Third level qualification in Marketing, Business or relevant field.

3+ years' experience in a similar role
