JOB DESCRIPTION

The Key Account Manager will develop Richmond Marketing's premium product portfolio in the Out of Home channel with a specific focus on catering. They will be focused on developing relationships with customers and on delivering the commercial plans across the portfolio. They will work closely with the Brand & Trade Marketing teams in building and executing customer business plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategic catering channel plans.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with each key catering customer in ROI.
  • Ensure all JBPs are developed and implemented to an excellent standard.
  • Maintain quarterly contact with all customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding channel performance.
  • Work in conjunction with other areas of the business such as Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain.
  • Provide support to the Head of OOH in other areas within the business as and when required.
  • Act as a mentor and set examples for the sales team in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational, selling skills and work habits.
  • Such other tasks as from time to time are advised by your manager.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A proven sales record and knowledge of the catering channel with a minimum of five years' experience dealing with head office is required.
  • Excellent relationship building, a strong customer focus and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A good level of commercial awareness and the ability to demonstrate good negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Planning and organising skills with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity in all aspects of the role.
  • Resilience & able to work on their own initiative.
  • Candidates must be eligible to drive in the Island of Ireland and have a full clean drivers' licence. Due to the locations of some key customers around ROI, extensive travel will be expected.
