Located in Dublin, the Cruiserath Biologics Campus is a state-of-the-art facility central to the Global Product Development and Supply network, producing therapies for the growing biologics portfolio. The Global Biologics Laboratory at Cruiserath is responsible for testing biologics drug products for the network.

The Role
BMS Cruiserath Biologics is seeking a QC Site Operations QC Manager (Training) to lead and support training initiatives at the Drug Substance Facility. Reporting to the QC Site Operations Projects Senior Manager, they will oversee training activities detailed in this description.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training programs for a robust training regime.
- Lead and support the QC Induction Programme "Door to Floor".
- Drive Continuous Improvement projects related to Training.
- Trainer for specific modules and lab techniques.
- Approve forms for curriculum changes.
- Assign training curricula for new employees.
- Support external training organization.
- Generate and share Training Metrics.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and specifications.
- Uphold safety standards and promote a Safety culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends and requirements.
- Participate in regulatory inspections.
- Plan and implement procedures for operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and experience.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required
- Science or related Degree with pharmaceutical lab experience and 2 years in training.
- Strong background in Lab Operations and training programs.
