About the Opportunity:

We are searching for a talented Senior Growth Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth, maximizing ROI, and influencing our market-leading products' success. Take this chance to be a key player in reshaping our industry.

What you will do:

  • Provide analytical support to the growth marketing team, evaluating customer acquisition cost and optimizing marketing channels.
  • Enhance marketing tracking and attribution systems.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to boost optimization efforts.
  • Automate attribution and CRM campaign reporting.
  • Measure and enhance campaign ROI.
  • Utilize forecasting techniques to provide actionable insights.
  • Devise data-driven strategies for acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Develop data models and products to support decision-making processes.
  • Effectively communicate complex findings to various teams, including VPs, to drive critical business decisions.

As a Senior, you will be expected to:

  • Lead projects independently from start to finish.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and deadlines while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Mentor fellow data analysts and uphold data discipline standards.
  • Initiate supportive initiatives for stakeholders across the organization.

About You:

As a Senior, you are anticipated to spearhead projects, mentor team members, contribute to standards, and support stakeholders within the organization. Embody MoonPay's core values: Be Humble, Lead with Empathy, Own It, Communicate with Clarity.

What you will need:

  • Proficiency in mobile and web tracking tools.
  • Experience in ROAS performance marketing and web analytics.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization.
  • Strong grasp of statistics, A/B testing, and growth/product optimizations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a growth analyst.
  • Prior experience in fintech, startups, and knowledge of cryptocurrency.
  • Familiarity with specific tools like DBT, Google BigQuery, Looker, and Python.
