We are seeking highly experienced Corporate Travel Experts to join our dynamic global team We specialize in all aspects of business travel management including corporate, humanitarian, NGO, marine & resource, entertainment & film. We are highly focused on complex corporate industries where technological capabilities and efficient customer service are key. Role and Responsibilities:

  • Act as an ambassador for our company and our valued clients, ensuring their every travel need is not only met but exceeded
  • Anticipate traveler needs, think outside the box and be creative
  • As a senior agent – experience in complex multi country itineraries, country entry requirement, etc.
  • Ensure a seamless travel experience from pre-booking right through to post travel
  • Complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car rental) at the lowest possible price within corporate travel guidelines
  • Ensure our clients are aware of all necessary travel documents (visas) and health requirements for countries to be visited
  • Manage ticketing, involuntary schedule changes and voluntary exchanges as necessary
  • Keep abreast of technology and industry knowledge
  • Stay fully informed on all airline rules and regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements and accurately apply this knowledge to all travel arrangements

  • Exclusive handling of elite travellers at a VIP top service level, with concierge services
  • Access queues at the beginning and end of each day
  • Process ticketing for reservations submitted via online reservations tool (Concur)
  • Call backs handled within a 1-hour window; emails addressed within a 2-hour window
  • Execute responsibilities within company guidelines for customer service, documentation of PNRs and profiles, ticketing, invoicing, and accuracy

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly proficient on Amadeus (minimum 3 years)
  • Have a minimum of 3 years corporate travel experience
  • Take pride in exceeding client expectations to provide an extraordinary customer experience
  • Possess exceptional customer service acumen, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; bi lingual French is considered an asset
  • Adept at problem solving, with an advanced ability to work independently
  • Proficient with International and North American Itineraries and rate structures
  • Knowledge of online booking tools preferred
  • Ability to work shifts
