The Role:

As the Global Director of People and Culture within Nitro, you will be responsible for leading the People & Culture function. The role will continue to help evolve the organisation to achieve Nitro's growth ambitions, ensuring that Nitro creates a career defining place to work through professional development, career progression and a feedback, performance management and evaluation model to embed a high performance culture.

This role will report to the Executive for Organisational Development and Performance and will engage with the Board and Executive by both providing and seeking information and advice.
