Reporting to: People Director

You will collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance communications and engagement, crafting compelling narratives aligning with business objectives and fostering a positive culture. Your responsibilities will include overseeing various communication projects to boost colleague engagement and performance, ensuring successful outcomes through effective project management.

Your strategic thinking and communication skills will be pivotal in translating Bord Gáis Energy's objectives into impactful communication strategies. Working closely with the People Director, you will contribute to Centrica Group-wide initiatives, fostering a cohesive communication approach aligning with the organizational strategy.

About the Role:

  • Develop and deliver engaging internal communications activities to bring Bord Gáis Energy plans to life
  • Drive impactful communication strategies aligning with the overarching Centrica narrative
  • Research and implement best practices for continuous improvement
  • Build awareness and identify improved communication approaches
