What qualities are we seeking?

We are in search of a skilled Program Manager to offer oversight, continual management, guidance, and direction across the Third Party Vendor portfolio for designated account(s).

  • Review, grasp, and ensure adherence to vendor contractual obligations to maintain consistent alignment with customer commitments.
  • Maintain clear visibility of vendor contracts throughout the portfolio to eliminate the risk of expiration.
  • Identify opportunities during the contract lifespan to secure ongoing cost-efficiencies.
  • Engage, address, and resolve customer concerns and escalations linked to vendor operations.
  • Create vendor scorecards and/or dashboards to serve as a means of communication during regular reviews (monthly, quarterly, or as needed) with vendors and account teams.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to implement corrective measures for performance deficiencies.
  • Guide and influence internal teams in instances where issues arise that could pose support or delivery risks from vendors to customers, along with associated cost implications.
  • Maintain oversight of vendor expenses for designated account(s) by establishing Purchase Order visibility and ensuring that Finance/Commercial representatives stay informed about all activities.
  • Submit purchase order requests promptly, exercising necessary caution to maintain expenditure at optimal levels and prevent profit erosion.
  • Enhance expenditure visibility across the customer base for utilization as a benchmarking/negotiation tool with vendors.

What qualifications are we seeking?

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of four years of professional experience.
  • Two or more years of relevant work background.
  • Proficiency in data analysis/mining of operational and financial data using Excel.
  • Proven ability to establish trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with general contracting terminology.

Even better if you possess one or more of the following:

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing Third Party Vendors.
  • Proven track record in handling customer escalations.
  • Experience with products and services within the Telecom/Networking sector.
