We are looking for a Vendor Management Coordinator to join our Global Clinical Supplies Team. This position is available in various locations including Ireland, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, Spain, Hungary, or Romania.

A day in the life:

  • Supports day-to-day operations of study drug management, comparators, and ancillaries.
  • Coordinates with vendors and facilitates vendor management for outsourced clinical supplies services.
  • Ensures all tasks are carried out in accordance with company best practices and client requirements.
  • Stays updated with new regulations related to clinical supplies and GxP activities through continuous training.
  • Participates in and backs departmental project teams.
  • May act as a liaison across different functions.
  • Requests quotations from vendors and validates them against internal client specifications.
  • Collaborates with other departments for approvals and revisions.
  • Adheres to Global procedures and internal agreements for Purchase Order placement.
  • Attends GCS mini team meetings, offering insights on vendor processes, costs, timelines, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Manages the vendors selected for services, overseeing Purchase Orders and services provided, ensuring adherence to distribution plans, SIV dates, correct product delivery, and required quality standards.

Qualifications and experience:

  • High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent with a relevant academic/vocational qualification (preferably a Bachelor's degree).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience demonstrating the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
  • Prior experience in clinical trials is advantageous.

In some instances, a combination of suitable education, training, and directly related experience may suffice to meet role requirements.
