Role

We are seeking to hire Tax Seniors with an interest in Corporate Tax looking to make their next career move, for opportunities in our Consumer and Industrial Markets Tax practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of clients and lead the delivery of high-quality commercial tax advice and service to those clients
  • Deliver tax insights that help business leaders to make confident business decisions
  • Advise clients on business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross border expansion, financing, tax audits etc.
  • Co-ordinate advice from foreign offices on cross-border matters
  • Produce reports and presentations for clients
  • Manage the delivery of clients' corporate tax returns and planning
  • Engage with Revenue on client matters
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Coach and mentor more junior tax professionals
  • Contribute to market and business development activities

We ideally need you to have the following:

  • Membership of the Irish Taxation Institute
  • Big 4 experience would be desirable, but not essential
  • Corporate tax experience would be essential

The CIM group also advises family businesses and high net worth individuals & executives on managing / enhancing shareholders' and individuals' wealth through an integrated planning approach in the areas of income, corporation tax, pensions, wealth transfer taxes and evaluation of wealth management strategies.
