As a Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving GLG's business model and expanding our client base, which consists of professionals from top corporations, investment firms, management consultancies, and non-profits. Working closely with the APAC Client Solutions team, you will be responsible for meeting clients' primary research requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Support: Assist the APAC Client Solutions team in managing multiple projects efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work with team members and internal stakeholders to meet research needs and enhance commercial outcomes.
- Project Delivery: Facilitate the exchange of custom products between clients and network members.
- Compliance: Navigate diverse compliance requirements while representing GLG's value proposition.
- Relationship Management: Foster relationships with thought leaders and recruit new executives into the GLG Councils membership.
- Target Oriented: Meet and exceed goals on high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Accountability: Take ownership of client projects and ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Korean
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles
- Interest in excelling in client service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Desire for continuous learning and curiosity about industry trends
