Attuned Programmes Ireland is seeking enthusiastic individuals for Social Care Support roles to join their teams providing Family Support Services.

We are currently hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Ad-Hoc positions in Dublin. Our goal is to assist individuals at their current stage and guide them towards positive outcomes with respect for their unique needs.

General Responsibilities:

The ideal candidates will be passionate and goal-oriented, demonstrating proficiency in meeting standards, qualifications, and understanding diverse individual needs.

The role involves supporting individuals in enhancing self-care and independent living skills while fostering personal growth.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must hold a minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Health Care,
  • Strong communication, IT, report writing, and planning skills,
  • Garda clearance is required,
  • A valid driver's license is a must,
