The Recruitment Analyst will play an important role in sourcing, attracting and engaging key talent for our organisation.
The role holder will create innovative strategies that resonate with potential candidates and promote our employer brand.

Key to success in the role will be the ability to collaborate closely with hiring teams, HR and our PR team to drive successful recruitment campaigns.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sourcing and Attraction:
*Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates
*Leverage social media, job boards, and networking events to build a talent pipeline
*Craft compelling job descriptions and postings that highlight our company culture and values

Employer Branding:
*Collaborate with PR team to create employer branding content (videos, blogs, etc.).
*Create high quality resources to enable the TA Team to showcase our unique selling points and employee value proposition
*Ensure consistent messaging across all recruitment channels

Candidate Experience:
*Support the TA Team to ensure we provide an exceptional candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding
*Conduct screening calls, participate in interviews and assessments in order to build knowledge of company and candidate needs
*Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company values and purpose

Data-Driven Approach:
*Create the right recruitment metrics to direct and optimise sourcing channels and conversion rates
*Use data to refine our talent acquisition strategies continually

Event Participation:
*Propose and attend career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events
*Build relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

*Relevant degree, typically with 3+ years related field experience
*Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively across all levels
*Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
