Your tasks and responsibilities:

KPI Delivery

Disciplined focus on day-to-day delivery of the site KPI metrics (SQDIP). A clear focus on EHS management promoting a Zero-Harm culture. Demonstrated ability to deliver on the strategic objectives of the business.

Team Leadership & Coaching

Empowered leadership style. Provides support, recognition and opportunity for growth. Develop succession planning roadmaps and a talent pipeline. Optimum use of headcount resource planning with strategic review and implementation. Deliver optimum training and development plans for the team. Manage and lead a team culture to drive performance improvements. As an LLT member, contribute, lead and support the wider business goals. Support front-line team leaders to deliver across all site metrics. Previous negotiation capabilities and demonstrated delivery an advantage.

Continuous Improvement

Continuously improving site performance metrics. Strategically focused on performance. Relentless pursuit of Safety Excellence. Fast response to line issues and unblocking barriers to performance. Lead CI events through 5S / Kaizen / PDCA and coach and mentor the team on business as usual Lean tools to make tomorrow better than today. Analytical ability to work through complex issues. Data analysis, Microsoft Excel Capability and experience in Power BI and SAP an advantage.

Your qualifications and experience:

Have a third level degree qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent production experience. Have 5+ years of direct production experience.

Your attributes and skills:

You will be a high paced individual that is eager and passionate in leading and managing people. You will be comfortable in ahigh paced dynamic ambiguous matrix environment. You have the ability to deliver complex solutions in close collaboration with key stakeholders. You readily accepts ownership, accountability, and responsibility in delivering effective solutions. You are an excellent team player who knows how to work in a team environment. Have excellent communications skills - written and verbal skills are required. You have a track record of delivering key improvement projects, cost out models or value stream lead time reductions.
