Play a key role in the rollout and operation of groundbreaking data center infrastructure powering the next generation of AI and ML technologies. As a learning experience designer on our experienced team, you'll craft immersive learning solutions to upskill our workforce and drive the successful rollout of these transformative systems.

This position requires the ability to work onsite in Dublin a minimum of 3 days per week.

Learning Experience Designers focus on creating valuable learning opportunities that enhance our staff's skills and knowledge. This role involves collaborating with teams across the company to streamline processes and develop training materials. The goal is to help employees in Data Center roles become productive more quickly.

The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic, hands-on setting. They can make connections across the organization, build relationships effortlessly, and influence people at all levels to promote teamwork. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will collaborate closely with client teams and leaders to identify training objectives and challenges, and propose tailored solutions to address them. Your recommendations will seamlessly integrate with the established training approaches within the client teams. Leveraging your expertise in training theories, you will develop innovative solutions that tackle complex training problems, aiming to facilitate desired behavior changes among the target learner populations.

The ideal candidate will be able to implement the Kirkpatrick model of learning evaluation, which encompasses assessing reaction, learning, behavior, and results to measure the effectiveness of training programs. They should also be able to demonstrate proficiency in applying Bloom's Taxonomy to the design of learning programs.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have the chance to be coached by seasoned instructional designers, allowing them to enhance their own capabilities in this field.

Key job responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy training as part of a blended learning strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build out development experiences with a global mindset
- Solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
- Work with SMEs to design and create engaging end user training
- Manage the delivery and/or design of solutions and trainings for a team or multiple teams.
- Develop training materials that align to a blended training delivery strategy, including and not limited to: web based training (WBT), instructor led (ILT), virtual (vILT), and hands-on practical training
- Measure impact and quickly revise content/modality to address specific feedback, as needed
- Drive use of evaluation and performance data to improve learning content

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as instructional technology, educational technology, organizational development or 3+ years of relevant experience in instructional design
- 3+ Years developing and executing strategies, development and delivery of creative and innovative training solutions
- 3+ years of experience developing training in a variety of delivery modalities

Experience working as an instructional/learning experience designer in a corporate or start up environment.
- Experience working with remote teams and an international audience
- Experience gathering, building, interpreting, and communicating performance metrics to multiple organizational levels
- Technical aptitude to be able to quickly learn new technologies and develop various learning solutions
