The Global Business Continuity Program Manager is part of the Global Workplace Experience Team (WPE). WPE collaborates across all departments and levels at Logitech and oversees workplace operations, real estate, health, safety, physical security, and business continuity management globally.

The Global Business Continuity Program Manager is tasked with developing, maintaining, and testing Logitech's Business Continuity Program, and supporting all activities essential to ensure Logitech can handle disruption events and minimize the impact on our operations.

This position reports to the Head of Global Health, Safety, and Security based in Ireland.

  • Serve as the central contact point responsible for overseeing the Enterprise Business Continuity/Crisis plans for the business, covering areas such as supply chain, manufacturing, supplier management, distribution, and corporate functions like IT, Workplace Experience, People & Culture, Legal, Finance, etc.
  • Ensure the successful execution of the organization's business recovery, crisis management, emergency response, contingency planning, and disaster preparedness planning and testing.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement Business Continuity/Operational Resiliency Frameworks and related processes, including risk assessments, business impact assessments, recovery strategies, and recovery testing plans.
  • Efficiently collaborate with Business Function and Site leaders to establish productive working relationships and to create and maintain documented Business Recovery Plans.
  • Work closely with essential infrastructure and process teams to identify BCP gaps, set recovery time objectives (RTOS), and communicate business needs and expectations.
  • Execute a scenario planning and testing program to routinely test recovery plans and enhance Business Functions response to disruptions.
  • Lead annual business interruption exercises with company leaders and BCP business group program owners to enhance company responses in various vulnerable scenarios and establish preparedness in case of a disruption.
  • Collaborate with internal health, safety, and security teams and local, state, and federal agencies to align Logitech's risk and continuity program with industry best practices and compliance standards.
  • Develop the workplace experience organization with the skills, capabilities, and behaviors needed to effectively support an enterprise business continuity and risk program.
  • Facilitate and support the implementation of response, mitigation, and recovery plans for Logitech during any disruption scenario.
  • Ensure the compliance of all aspects of business continuity.
  • Engage with the business in interactions with clients, audits, and government regulators on business continuity matters.

Key Qualifications:

To be considered, you should possess the following minimum skills and experiences:

  • 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years managing a business continuity/risk management program in a multinational organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Risk Management Discipline or Business Administration with a focus on risk/compliance.
  • Strong project management abilities, including planning, organizing, and executing business continuity initiatives.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across different functions.
  • Proficiency in in-person and virtual people management.
  • Adaptability to changing situations, remaining composed under pressure, and making sound decisions in high-stress conditions are crucial for this role.
  • Thorough understanding of health and safety compliance requirements and risk assessment and management procedures.
  • Experience in leading a risk/compliance-focused team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications in business continuity planning, disaster recovery, or risk management.

Special Requirements:

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends during a crisis event.
  • Possibility of occasional travel.

This position comes with an annual base salary typically ranging from $91,000 to $203,200, depending on experience and location.

In certain cases, higher compensation may be considered based on business requirements, candidate expertise, and skills.
