Job Overview:

The Social & Digital Senior Manager will be a key player in supporting THINKHOUSE's Social and Digital Innovation services, collaborating seamlessly with other departments such as creative, PR & influencer marketing, and research & insights. The ideal candidate is a highly creative, organized, methodical, and energetic individual with outstanding attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter and a natural connector. They must showcase a deep understanding of the social and digital realms and how brands navigate this constantly evolving landscape.

In addition to supporting THINKHOUSE's Social and Digital Innovation services, this role requires a sharp insight into the changing digital environments, ensuring that Thinkhouse not only stays current with trends but also leads the way in digital marketing innovation. It involves actively engaging with emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, to optimize our digital strategies and bolster our agency's focus on AI within our service model.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and oversee innovative social media strategies and campaigns across diverse platforms, in alignment with client goals and Thinkhouse's ethos.
  • Keep abreast of the latest tools and trends in the digital and social media spheres.
  • Facilitate collaborations across teams to fuse social and digital media into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, refining strategies for optimal results.
  • Identify and incorporate state-of-the-art AI tools that complement client objectives and amplify campaign efficacy.
  • Stay up-to-date on advancements in the social and digital marketing domains and evaluate their applicability to our campaigns.

Must Haves:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within an agency, corporate setting, or publishing context.
  • Culturally curious with a flair for innovation, creativity, and lofty aspirations.
  • A determination to deliver top-notch outcomes for clients and the agency.
  • Highly organized, positive-minded, and a stellar team player.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A thorough grasp of digital KPIs and their evaluation.

  • A track record of pioneering thinking in the social media sphere.
  • Ability to write clearly, precisely, and efficiently.
  • An essential knack for thinking creatively and beyond conventional boundaries.
