Base Salary up to €60,000 - Realistic OTE €110K - €130K per year

The role is office based with expected travel to prospects/clients.

About the Role

The role will offer huge potential to a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager. You will have a proven track record of self-generated business alongside excellent relationship management. This is a great opportunity for a passionate Business Development Manager looking to further their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Generating leads and new business, through your own network and by utilising the Telesales resource available

    • Indirect management of telesales employees

    • Management of client onboarding

    • Identification of new target markets and sales campaign management

    • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing strategies

    • Providing weekly updates and reports as and when required by senior management

    • Answering client questions about services, prices and timescales

    • Advocate in using internal sales tools to ensure an efficient process is adopted

Key Skills

  • • Relevant experience working within a Business Development role

    • Strong account management experience

    • The ability to work well in a target-driven environment

    • B2B experience

    • Professional and articulate, reliable and motivated

    • Comfortable working with people at all levels within the organization in a fast-paced environment

    • Confident manner representing the brand with superb interpersonal skills

    • Commitment to excellent customer service

    • Ability to work autonomously

    • Methodical, organised and accurate

    • IT Literate with Microsoft office (including Outlook, Excel, Word)

    • Proficient CRM user
