BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.

- Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules.

- Experience developing and executing product and technical roadmaps.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.

- Background in IT security with knowledge of incident response processes and tools.

- Ability to generate and analyze metrics to measure program effectiveness.

- Strong communication skills and familiarity with AWS services.

- Demonstrated leadership principles and technical depth required by Amazon.
