  • As a Managed Services Product Manager, you play a crucial role in driving the strategy, development, and growth of our managed services offerings.
  • You are responsible for understanding market demands, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that surpass client expectations.
  • This role demands a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric mindset to ensure the success of our managed services portfolio.
  • As the Managed Services Product Manager for Vodafone Business, your job is to manage existing and develop new Managed Services Products for our SMB and Enterprise customers.
  • You are part of a team with ambitious growth plans where Managed Services will play a critical role in achieving them.
  • You will work closely with various teams to build out new Managed Services for our customer segments.
  • This role involves standardizing services related to Managed Network Services, Professional Services, and In-life management models.
  • Managed Services will be applied in areas such as SD Networking, Security and Connectivity, LAN/Wi-Fi, SaaS, Unified Comms, and Mobility.
  • Your role in the Product Management team focuses on growth and requires excellent presentation, persuasion, and development skills to position Vodafone effectively to C-Level executives.
  • You will collaborate with experienced Product Managers in a team environment.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Go to Market teams, you will create business plans and use Vodafone Product Development Processes to launch new products into the market.
  • Managed Services is a high-growth area crucial for developing our service propositions, and we seek an experienced individual to drive this Portfolio.
  • You will have a significant impact on how the Managed Services Portfolio is developed and how it aligns with Vodafone Business's strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:Product Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for managed services in line with the company's objectives.
  • Define target market segments, competitive differentiation, and product roadmap priorities.Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points in the managed services space to inform product strategy.
    Customer Engagement:
    • Understand evolving customer needs and challenges through feedback to enhance the value of managed services offerings.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with various teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
    • Work with stakeholders to define requirements, establish timelines, and ensure successful product delivery.
    Product Development:
    • Lead product development by defining requirements, creating user stories, and prioritizing features.
    • Utilize the Vodafone Product Operating Model Process for product development.
    Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Develop go-to-market plans for new managed services, including pricing strategy, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with sales teams to drive awareness and adoption among target customers.
    Performance Monitoring:
    • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure product success.
    • Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
    • Responsible for the success of managed services products at Vodafone.
    Product Evangelism:
    • Act as a subject matter expert for managed services both internally and externally.
    • Educate stakeholders, customers, and partners on the capabilities of our offerings.
    REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 5+ years experience in Managed Services Product Management, preferably in the IT or Telecoms industries.
    • Proven experience with Managed Services Products collaborating with Sales, Product Development, Care, and IT Teams.
    • Project Management Skills.
    • Knowledge of Tools and Applications such as Service Now.
    • Proficient in building relationships with key stakeholders and executing business and go-to-market plans.
    • Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English, both written and verbal.
    • Able to work autonomously in a newly launched go-to-market setting.
    • Comfortable in an organization based on trust and openness, empowered to improve customer-centric practices daily.
    • Negotiation skills and ability to influence.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
