As a Head of Planning, you will be fully accountable for all factory planning related activities as well as long term planning and forecasting. This will involve working closely with key stakeholders including the agriculture, live bird planning, operations, logistics, procurement, engineering, sales, NPD and technical teams. You will liaise with colleagues in a collaborative manner to ensure the right product is coming into the business at the right time to the product specification to meet the overall customer demand ensuring a high service level is adhered to at all times.
You will be an integral part of the Supply chain team capable of supporting & directing team members to ensure the successful functionality of the planning and S&OP departments to ensure the company delivers on the day to day business needs, the S&OP strategy and continuous improvement plans.

Please note this is a site based role, so the successful applicant will be commutable to County Cavan, or happy to relocate to make this possible.

  • Possess a strong understanding and application of forecasting, live bird planning, production planning, scheduling and S&OP principles.

  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Highly motivated and proven ability to work on own initiative
