Mace are looking for a stakeholder and communications manager to join our team to work on large scale and complex Infrastructure projects in Dublin.
You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the client in overseeing stakeholder management and communications throughout the lifecycle of the programme/project.
- Undertake a review of current stakeholder management strategy (including processes, procedures, controls, systems and reporting) and communications strategy to ensure they are fit for purpose.
- Update and development of the stakeholder management strategy to ensure efficient and coordinated management of stakeholders.
- Update and development of the communications strategy designed to ensure efficient, coordinated and transparent communications.
- Assist in developing the stakeholder management and communications requirements for the contractor(s) during the procurement process, and support in the evaluation of the submissions received.
- Report to programme/project team and senior governance levels on progress against the stakeholder management strategy.
You'll need to have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely collaborative, with ability to build excellent working relationships and have a very high political sensitivity;
- Proven experience in leading the stakeholder and communications management of an infrastructure programme / project.
- A degree in public relations, business or equivalent and you have previous experience in a similar role on infrastructure programmes and projects.
