Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically-minded Patient Support Program Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize our patient support programs, including co-pay assistance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and a keen understanding of financial operations related to patient support structures.

1. Data Collection and Management:

· Collect, clean, and manage large datasets related to co-pay assistance programs.

· Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous validation and cross-referencing with multiple data sources.

2. Analysis and Reporting:

· Analyse PSP program data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.

· Perform financial analysis to evaluate the impact of PSP on company finances.

3. Program Optimization:

· Identify and recommend strategies to optimize PSP assistance programs, reducing costs while improving patient access and adherence.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven improvements and track their effectiveness.

4. Compliance and Documentation:

· Ensure all analysis and reporting comply with industry regulations and company policies.

· Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings to support audits and reviews.

5.Stakeholder Collaboration:

· Work closely with finance, marketing, sales, and IT departments to gather requirements and deliver data insights that support strategic decision-making.

· Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Education*:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience*:

Proven experience (5 years) in data analysis, particularly within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

· Expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and hypothesis testing.

· Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.

· Familiarity with healthcare payment systems, including co-payments, coinsurance, and deductibles.

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into actionable insights.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
