My client based in the city centre is now recruiting for an Insurance Sales Agent for their team. Attractive salary with uncapped commission (up to €20-€25k) and excellent benefits. This role will also offer further exam support to complete your CIP qualification and hybrid work in place with a well regarded company.
** Note: Candidates applying must have APA qualification in Insurance to be considered. **
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in all sections of personal lines, including Renewals, Processing midterm adjustments, after sales customer enquiries
- Building rapport with customers & retaining the existing business
- Ensuring all data is kept up to date on systems
- Dealing with all customer requests in an efficient manner
- Providing a high level of customer service
Your Experience & Skills:
- At least 1 years experience in similar role
- Minimum APA Insurance qualification (insurance) or working towards CIP
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage your daily tasks
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Clear & proficient communication and negotiation skills
