We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional to join our Talent team and lead the recruitment efforts for our enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for high-volume, complex roles and will be adept at building relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive complex recruitment processes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talent acquisition specialists/managers.
Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for enterprise-level positions.
Collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with Welocalize objectives.
Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and market trends.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit with the company culture and role requirements.
Facilitate a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Partner with leaders, stakeholders, and HR business partners to define role requirements and expectations.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to key stakeholders.
Advise and coach hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selection.
Stay informed about the Localization and AI industry trends, competitive landscape, and labor market conditions.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the Welocalize AI reputation as an employer of choice.
Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the company and attract top talent.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred or equivalent working experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years focusing on enterprise accounts and leading teams.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
