Supports planning functions on allocated project and contribute, as required. Assists in verification of projects/ tenders to ensure alignment to define planning processes, as required. Contributes with Project Management function in the delivery of project, as required, ensuring they are delivered on time and profitably.

You'll be responsible for:

  • They would develop a existing RBV (risk based Validation) documentation schedule and progress monthly.
  • They would develop an existing CSV (Computer System Validation) documentation schedule and progress monthly.
  • They would work with DPS (C&Q Contractor) to develop a commissioning and Qualification schedule based upon construction schedule MC dates.
  • General liaison with contractor to understand the construction logic and prepare ad-hoc schedules for the clients Team members.
  • They would develop Client Operations resource plans, and update on a regular basis.
  • They would develop a schedule or schedules forClient procured equipment packages.
  • They would develop progress S Curves etc.
  • Liaison with client cost / commercial team.
  • Use of Primavera P6 (non-critical) and Microsoft project (a must).

You'll need to have:

  • Basic competency to produce basic programmes and sequence plans with minimal supervision.
  • Basic software user.
  • Basic understanding in built environment and with projects.
  • Basic understanding of different procurement routes and types and forms of contract.
  • Able to respond to all client/stakeholder requests effectively and sensitively.
  • Communicate & present to project team on programme drivers, goals & issues, etc."
  • Working towards professional qualification (e.g. CIOB, APM, PMI).
  • Other relevant qualifications specific to local requirements.

You'll also have:

  • Understanding of contract administration.
  • Exposure to the principles or use of different types of contracts.
  • Effective decision-making skills.
  • Ability to challenge constructively.
  • Working towards construction skills qualifications.
  • General understanding of APM principles.
