Our semi-state client, based in Kildare, have an exciting requirement for a 9-month contract to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and the delivery of all HR people processes and initiatives. Hybrid working on offer.

RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED

· Supporting leaders supporting them to manage & lead their areas through the changes necessary to improve performance and create sustainable business models.

· Lead & implement the HR strategic initiatives to assist specific business areas to improve employee engagement.

· Support and coach business leaders regarding performance management of their employees.

· Support leaders to identify resourcing, learning & development opportunities.

· Support effective resource management.

· Providing advice on all Employee Relations matters, organisational design, change management, reward, and recruitment.

· Continuous improvement of processes including inductions and onboarding

· Provide HR reports as required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· 4+ Years HR experience, with experience in a HRBP role

· Degree qualified in HR or specialism in HR.

· CIPD qualification with good knowledge of current employment legislation and best practise.

· Experience working with Unions - desirable.

· Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

· Strong Microsoft Office and technology skills.
