Introduction

Le Conseil danois pour les réfugiés (DRC) porte assistance aux réfugiés et aux personnes déplacées à travers le monde. Nous fournissons une aide d'urgence, combattons pour leurs droits et renforçons leurs opportunités pour un meilleur futur. Nous travaillons dans des zones affectées par les conflits et au sein des pays où les réfugiés s'établissent.

Objectif

Le/la Co-Coordinateur/trice du Cluster Protection (CCP) coordonne, en étroite collaboration avec la Coordinatrice du UNHCR, le Cluster Protection pour soutenir les activités de coordination nationale conformément aux directives IASC.

Tâches et Responsabilités

Responsabilités :

  • Co-faciliter les réunions et s'assurer que les décisions et points d'action soient effectifs.
  • Documenter et analyser les activités de l'équipe de coordination.
  • Informer les partenaires des besoins en termes de protection et de l'analyse de la situation.
  • Encourager les ONG à participer activement au Cluster Protection.
  • Soutenir la coordination avec les domaines de responsabilité du Cluster Protection.
  • Conduire les rencontres des groupes de travail identifiés.

Qualifications requises

Expérience et compétences techniques essentielles :

  • Niveau académique équivalent à un Master universitaire dans des domaines pertinents.
  • Minimum cinq (5) années d'expérience professionnelle dans une ONG internationale ou nationale.
  • Excellentes compétences en plaidoyer et représentation.
  • Compétences en gestion et coordination dans un mécanisme de réponse humanitaire.
  • Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
  • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en anglais et en français.

  • Prendre les rênes et rechercher des solutions innovantes.
