Key Responsibilities:
- Consultation: Provide personalized consultations to customers, understanding their career aspirations and helping them choose the most suitable self-directed learning courses.
- Course Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and Pitman Training course offerings to provide accurate and informed guidance.
- Career Advice: Offer directed advice to help potential customers align their educational choices with long-term career goals.
- Relationship Building and follow through: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring course completion.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the benefits of Pitman Training courses for career development.
- On-Boarding Assistance: Assist potential students in getting started on their chosen course, providing guidance on enrolment procedures and finance/ payment options
Knowledge/qualifications
- Professional qualifications in Business or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of computers in an office environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of customer service
- Previous Sales Experience
Functional skills
- Excellent communicator/strong effective communication skills
- Enthusiastic and can cope well under the pressure of working in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient organisational and time management skills including the ability to priorities, to escalate matters and to multitask
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
